Q: My package was lost or stolen. What do I do?
A: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for re-shipping an item if you entered the wrong information at check out. Please contact the mailer either (USPS, DHL, FedEx) in order to find your package. Do this as soon as you suspect one of your items to be missing.
